Outreach Coordinator

Rosalva is bilingual in the Spanish language and is serving as the
Outreach Coordinator for youth and families, centering her work on the
Latino community as well as other underrepresented groups. In this role,
she also connects with key local community networks to help bring
meaningful resources, support, and opportunities to the families she
serves.

She brings years of experience in community outreach and large-scale
organizing, having led campaigns in Oregon and across the country that
engaged more than 1,000 workers.

Before this role, Rosalva worked as a Recruitment and Engagement
Specialist, where she helped bring in and support parents who could
provide affirming, culturally grounded care for youth of color. She also
worked closely with young people and their families, helping them
navigate challenges within the system, bridge cultural gaps, and feel
more empowered in their own journeys.

Rosalva is known for her ability to build trust and connection across
diverse communities
